Cell2D 1.5.4 released

Cell2D version 1.5.4 has been released. This is another "accumulation" update, consisting of a bunch of minor improvements that have been made since 1.5.3. The only addition important enough to be called a new feature is global sound and music volumes, the setting of which could make a nice addition to a game's options menu.

I suppose global sound and music volumes are technically a returning feature, though, since Slick2D had them covered back when Cell2D's Sound and Music classes were wrappers for Slick2D's.
